Dear visitors of the food bank,
Starting August 1, 2025, we will be converting our customer registration system to a digital system.
Therefore, we will be reviewing your current Jobcenter benefit notices in the coming weeks. Please bring these documents with you!
You will then receive a new card with a barcode:

Starting August 1, 2025, you must always bring this card with you to the food bank, as the barcode will be scanned.
A photo of the card on your phone is not sufficient!
Name, Vorname: Your last and first name
Personenzahl: The number of family members – adults/children (in this example: one adult/no children). If children over the age of 18 live in your household, they will also be counted as adults.
Einkaufstag: Your individual day of receiving groceries. Please stick to this day, as we divide the groceries among all customers and therefore have to plan ahead.
The first card is free. If you lose your card and need a new one, we charge a fee of €3.00.
